Glitter shamrock button covers are a quick way to add holiday elegance to an everyday blouse.
They are very easy to make and attractive to use.
Here’s an easy way to make a shamrock from craft foam or you can buy shamrock glitter stickers.
Supplies.
Shamrock Glitter Stickers
Craft Knife
How to Make Glitter Shamrock Button Covers.
1. Choose a shamrock that is 1 1/2 to 2 inches in size.
Do NOT remove the backing from the sticker.
2. Mark the center of the shamrock.
3. Using a craft knife, make a small slit starting slightly above the center mark and end slightly below it, with the slit running up and down.
Keep the slit barely large enough for the button to slip through.
Don’t get too close to the edge of the shamrock.
4. Button the blouse / shirt.
Slip a shamrock onto a button through the slit.
Cover several of the buttons with shamrocks for a finished look.

Or make fun, colorful Easter Egg Button Covers.
ย Sparkly Leaf Button Covers are perfect for fall and Thanksgiving.
