Craft a fun zebra from a garment tag.
A garment I bought came with this tag on it.
On the other side it looked like this.
The minute it was seen by a little girl who was staying with me, all she could think of was that it was a zebra.
And she had to make it into a zebra.
So we put our heads together and came up with this totally simple idea for her zebra.
Supplies.
Zebra Print Tag
4 Spring Clothespins
Small Tassel
How to make a Fun Zebra from a Garment Tag.
1. Clip a clothespin to the bottom of the tag near each end.
These will be the legs.
2. Clip a clothespin to the pinch part on one side of another clothespin.
This will make the head and neck.
3. Attach the neck clothespin to the top of the tag near one end.
4. Make a tassel for the tail.
I just taped the tassel to the back side of the zebra, but you could also attach the tail with the jump ring in the hole at one end of the tag.
Our fun zebra was quickly ready to be played with.
The way the clothespins are attached, they make 4 legs, and the zebra can actually stand on them.

I love things with zebra stripes. I once had a tube of lipstick with zebra stripes. I had a hard time throwing it away once all the lipstick was gone… Thanks for sharing at my Grandma Ideas link up.
