Today my fingerless gloves are being featured on Jewelry Making Journal as fingerless jewelry making gloves.
I originally made these fingerless gloves to keep my wrists and hands warm when I spend long periods of time using my computer during the cold weather season.
Then I started wearing them for crafting, as well.
They are very inexpensive if you get the knee high socks at the Dollar store, and are quick to make. Or recycle some socks that are no longer being worn.
Check out my tutorial on Jewelry Making Journal for the how-to.
See my vesion of no sew fingerless gloves here.

I knew you could use knee highs to make great toddler leg warmers, but have never seen them used this way before. Love it! Pinning.

How fun! Great idea to wear them while on the computer or crafting. My hands seem to get chilly as well….

Love the gloves! I recently made doll sized fingerless gloves out of baby socks…but I didn’t think of making them for me!! With all the cute socks available there are endless possibilities of cute gloves!

There are a ton of cute socks out there and this would be handy for someone in the hot flash stage – keeps the arms warm but allows the heat to escape from the chesty area…I am sure I am not the only one with this problem lol.

Oh wow I never would of thought of using socks. I knitted up a few pairs for friends of mine, and these would of been so much quicker, and so cute. Great idea, but then you do seem to come up with great ideas! Thanks for sharing at Sunday’s Best, your creative inspiration is always fun to see!
