Cheesy Chili Dip is a great dish to make when you don’t feel like cooking and want to eat NOW.
Add tortilla chips and shredded lettuce to make a complete meal.
Ingredients:
1 Pound Hamburger
Salt and Pepper
1 16 Ounce Can Refried Beans
1/2 Cup Salsa
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Green Onions, sliced
How to Make Cheesy Chili Dip.
1. In a large frying pan, brown the hamburger.
2. Add the refried beans and salsa to the browned hamburger.
Stir and heat through.
3. Sprinkle 3/4 cup of the shredded cheese over the mixture and stir it in until the cheese melts.
4. Add the 1/4 cup of shredded cheese over the top and sprinkle sliced green onions on the cheese.
Serve with chips and shredded lettuce.
