Blueberry Cobbler Recipe (Gluten Free)

This delicious blueberry cobbler recipe is easy to make and gluten free.

Crafty Journal - Blueberry Cobbler Recipe - Gluten Free

Ingredients

2 Pints Blueberries

3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

Tablespoon Cornstarch

1/2 Cup Sugar (or more if you like it really sweet)

Topping

2 1/2 Cups Quick Cooking Oats

2 Tablespoons Cornstarch

6 Tablespoons Butter, Softened

How to Make Blueberry Cobbler.

1. Put washed blueberries in an 8 x 8 glass pan or casserole dish.

2. Sprinkle the lemon juice over the blueberries.

3. Mix together the sugar and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, and sprinkle it over the blueberries.

Topping

Using 2 forks or a pastry blender, mix the butter, oats, and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.

Sprinkle the topping over the blueberries.

Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes, until the berries are cooked and soft.

Serve plain or with ice cream.
